Young people who have strained or severed family relations and/or who experience homelessness face heightened challenges as the transition to adulthood. TNOYS hired a team of young adults ages 18-24 who have been homeless to interview other homeless and transitioning foster youth about the challenges they face as they transition to adulthood, and to solicit their ideas for addressing those challenges. The Youth Research Team collected interviews with 135 youth, using youth participatory research action methods. Read our report to learn what youth had to say!
