Andrews Center Behavioral Healthcare System is a non-profit, comprehensive mental health and intellectual and developmental disability center that was established to offer help and hope to those living with mental health and intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) and challenges. Services are provided in a five-county area of East Texas (Smith, Wood, Rains, Van Zandt and Henderson).
