Hotel and Parking Information:
The Westin Galleria is located at 5060 West Alabama Street in Houston. Parking is complimentary at The Brown Parking Garage, which is adjacent to the Galleria along West Alabama Street. There are doors to the Westin from the garage, and the street level leads to the hotel lobby. Please view the map here for more details.
All conference sessions will take place on the third floor of the hotel. After exiting the garage, please enter the hotel. Next, attendees can take the escalators to the third floor, enter the automatic double doors, and cross the hallway to the meeting space. A map is available in the conference program. You can also view an interactive map here.
If you are staying at the Westin, the hotel check-in time is 3 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE: You may also enter the Galleria shopping center from The Brown Garage, and there is another entrance to the Westin Galleria Hotel from the shopping center. You can find this entrance by going up the escalator and taking a right. You will see a sign for The Westin Galleria and automatic doors to enter the space.
Conference Program:
Make sure you keep our conference program handy – it has all the information you’ll need about when and where our workshops, keynote presentations, and networking events will be taking place. You can find the conference program in the Whova mobile app, and you will also receive a printed copy when you check in.
Check-in and Registration:
Early check-in/registration will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 23 in the hotel’s Plaza Foyer, located outside the Plaza Ballroom on the third floor. Check-in and registration will also be open at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday and at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, all in the Galleria Foyer.
We will be accepting walk-up registrations on-site each day of the conference. View registration rates on the conference website.
Health and Safety:
The health and safety of all participants are top priority for the TNOYS team. As part of our team’s preventative measures, please note that all attendees will be required to complete a health waiver prior to checking in at the conference. The questionnaire will certify that:
- You are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19
- You have not recently tested positive for COVID-19
- To the best of your knowledge, you have not been exposed to COVID-19 before traveling in/ attending.

Attendees will be asked to complete the waiver on the Whova app prior to conference check-in.
The waiver will be available as of 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 22. It will be located in the “Additional Resources” section of Whova and titled “COVIDCheck”.
Downloading the Whova App:
The conference team is using Whova to track session attendance and provide attendees with additional ways to interact!
Please click here to create a Whova account. Be sure to enter the email address that this email was sent to as well as a password of your choosing. Next, please follow this link to download the Whova app on your phone. Using the app, you will be able to view details about individual workshops and sessions, access key documents, participate in games, and more!

Member Benefits:
At the conference, TNOYS members will have access to our special Member Lounge with free refreshments and electronic charging stations.
Members are also invited to attend the Member Reception on Tuesday evening from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Join us for updates from TNOYS and an awards ceremony to announce our 2022 TNOYS Member Award recipients!
Finally, we’re excited to announce that DFPS leadership, including Deputy Commissioner Corliss Lawson, Chief Prevention and Community Well-Being Officer Sasha Rasco, CPS Deputy Associate Commissioner Brock Boudreau, PhD, and others, will join TNOYS at a meet-and-greet breakfast exclusively for members on Thursday, May 26 from 8 – 9 a.m. DFPS Commissioner Jaime Masters may also join us as her schedule allows. Photo Release:
TNOYS will have photographers on-site throughout the Annual Conference to capture images of the event. By attending the event and participating in activities, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to allow your image to be used in media by TNOYS going forward. Note that minors and youth in foster care have been identified and will not be photographed or recorded.
