About the Venue: The Westin Galleria in Houston

The Westin Galleria is located at  5060 West Alabama Street in Houston, about 30 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Parking is complimentary at The Brown Parking Garage, which is adjacent to the Galleria along West Alabama Street.

Book a Room in TNOYS’ Room Block

TNOYS’ room block offers discounted rates to attendees and is available until May 19, 2025, or until the room block is full. A discounted room rate of $159+ tax per night is available for all attendees. Alternatively, attendees with a government ID can book through a separate link to secure the prevailing GSA rate (per the Westin Galleria’s policy). Please use one of the links below to book your rooms:

  1. Non-Government Employees Link to Book. Use this link for attendees who are not affiliated with a governmental organization or agency (please see list below). The discounted room rate is $159+ tax per night.
  2. Government Employees Link to Book. Use this link for attendees who will be able to present a government ID upon check-in. The discounted room rate is $128+ tax per night. Please note the following government IDs which are accepted:
    1. State Government Employees such as state inspectors, employees of libraries, state universities, public schools, state law enforcement agencies, and state agencies such as agriculture, governor’s office, state assembly.
    2. Agencies: American Red Cross, Postal Service, Drug Enforcement Agency, FBI, US Air Marshall.
    3. Active-Duty Military, such as Department of Defense, Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard.
    4. Federal Government Employees including Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches (e.g., Dept. of Labor, State Department, Dept. of Homeland Security, etc.)

Please note: a valid government-issued ID will be required upon check-in. Failure to provide the ID will result in being charged the regular rate or the hotel bar rate, whichever applies.
