The generosity of our supporters helps us continue our work on behalf of youth in Texas. We cannot be thankful enough for the individuals who are as dedicated as we are to strengthening, supporting, and protecting critical services for Texas youth and their families to ensure their success.
On May 7, TNOYS saw this charitable spirit put into action. The Derby Hat Party, organized to benefit our work, raised funds to further our efforts in advocacy, training, and youth engagement. More than 200 people attended in amazing hats and attire and drank mint juleps, while dancing to the tunes of Hilary York and the Peterson Brothers Band. Who ever said doing good deeds can’t be fun?
We are so appreciative to the hat party hostess committee, and hat party sponsors, including Casa Mechanical Services, Independence Title, and others for organizing, sponsoring, and supporting our mission. Now that this celebration is over, we’re more ready than ever to roll up our sleeves and get crucial work done to ensure that all youth have access to the resources and supports they need in order to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
