Programs
Grace365 Supervised Independent Living Apartments
We currently offer 10 placements for young adults 18-21 who have aged out of foster care in the state of Texas. Participants accepted into the program receive housing, connection to wraparound services, life skills, mentoring and guidance through an ever-expanding community of supporters.
We measure our progress by the number of individuals who open a bank account, acquire a driver’s license, get a job, save money, purchase/acquire a vehicle, pursue a high school diploma or GED, apply for and/or enroll in higher education, access mental health services, connect with a mentor, and pursue individualized development goals.
Second Saturdays
Grace365 continues its commitment to the successful independence of our young adults by exposing them to opportunities for learning and advancement every Second Saturday of each month. Workshops may include budgeting and building credit, emotional intelligence and healthy relationships, civic engagement, current events, and more. We want to provide participants with the most helpful and interesting information, so we’re always listening and responding to events in these young adults’ lives to curate content for Second Saturdays. We start every session honing our skills in the kitchen, after which we break bread together in fellowship.
