Program Description
The Services to At-Risk Youth (STAR) Program provides services to youth who are in at-risk situations and their families. To help youth and their families resolve crisis that threaten their capacity to live together, to develop skills to cope with problems and stresses in their homes, to help parents resume and maintain their parental responsibility, and provide short term placement for youths when their immediate return home is not advisable.
