About
Get the scoop on strategies to support students experiencing homelessness at the TEHCY Program Summit. In collaboration with TNOYS, this year’s summit will provide valuable training on the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act and opportunities to learn alongside youth with lived experience.
Led by the theme Spotlight on Resilience, attendees will enjoy engaging and interactive sessions, workshops, and activities that encourage them to tap into their own resilience and that of the children and youth they serve. Join us to earn CEUs, develop concrete skills, and learn strategies to meet the needs of students experiencing homelessness.
Please note: Summit registration is now closed. If you have questions about your registration, please contact TNOYSSupport@gtrnow.com.

Experience
This year’s summit will take place virtually. While the change will require some adjustments, it will also bring new opportunities. All attendees will have access to a complete range of recorded sessions and workshops. The remote format will allow you to enjoy the event from anywhere, hopefully enabling us to have representation from every district across Texas. Please plan to use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox browsers to access the event. We also recommend downloading the newest version of Zoom to fully participate in the summit.
The summit will offer education professionals the opportunity to earn CEUs, network with peers, and learn practical tools that can be implemented immediately to support students experiencing homelessness and families at risk of becoming homeless.
Please note: American Sign Language interpreters will be available for the summit. Please reach out to Sarah Prager at sprager@tnoys.org if you would like to request an interpretation.
