Sponsors/Exhibitors

Become a Conference Sponsor or Exhibitor

TNOYS is accepting applications for conference sponsors and exhibitors. The virtual event platform Whova offers many options for sponsor and exhibitor visibility, including new and updated options for 2021! During the 2020 Annual Conference:

  • 19 exhibitors scanned 522 leads
  • 12 sponsors received 381,000 impressions

Participating in the conference as a sponsor or an exhibitor allows you to raise awareness of your organization among service providers, administrators, youth, and families from across Texas. As a conference sponsor, your logo will be displayed on conference signage, you will be recognized in TNOYS event recaps and emails to 6,000+ stakeholders, and you will receive additional benefits depending on your sponsorship level.

As a conference exhibitor, you will have the chance to engage with prospective clients, share your mission and services, and get exposure among over 400 professionals and the youth they serve. Virtual exhibit booths are fully customizable, and they allow exhibitors to share pre-recorded videos, upload handouts and flyers, offer giveaways to collect leads, and interact with attendees via video live stream and chat.

Check out the sponsors/exhibitor packet to learn more, and sign up here.
