2024 Member Awards

Each year at our Annual Conference, TNOYS presents awards to outstanding programs, professionals, and volunteers from around the member network. Awards will be presented at our members-only reception (included in conference registration) on Wednesday, June 5, from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Rising Star Award

Recognizes an organization or program that has been successful in developing relationships and partnerships in their community. Prioritizes programs/organizations that collaborate across youth-serving systems.

Professional Youth Worker

Recognizes outstanding performance of a TNOYS member agency staff who goes above and beyond in performing their duties and in their communities.

June Bucy Award for Excellence

Recognizes excellence, leadership, and significant contributions to the field of youth services in the state or across the nation and is awarded to a TNOYS member agency executive director or upper-level manager/supervisor.

Steve Wick Innovative Program

Recognizes new, expanded, or innovative programs that make significant contributions to the field of youth services in the state or across the nation.

Volunteer of the Year

Recognizes someone who donated substantial unpaid time to a TNOYS member organization.

Outstanding Youth Partner

Recognizes a youth or young adult (ages 15-26) who has partnered with a TNOYS member organization over the past year and brought significant value to their services or training.
