TNOYS’ 41st Annual Conference is coming up June 5 – 7, with Pre-Conference Institutes on Tuesday, June 4. Join us at the Omni Houston Hotel, located at 4 Riverway Drive in Houston, Texas. Information on the venue and on-site parking rates is available here.

Important: Download the Free Whova App
Conference attendees will use the free Whova app to check in on site, complete workshop evaluations, and more! Prior to the event, please use this link to download Whova to your phone. Alternatively, you can search for “Whova” in the App Store or Google Play.
After downloading the app, please create an account using the email address that you used to register for the conference. You will need the Whova app to check in onsite. Please reach out to us at annualconference@tnoys.org if you have questions, or refer to TNOYS’ Complete Guide to Whova.
When and Where to Check In
Conference check-in takes place in Prefunction A on the Omni Houston Hotel’s second floor (map here). Please note the following:
- Pre-Conference Check-In: If you are registered for a Pre-Conference Institute, check in is available between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 4. All Pre-Conference Institutes begin at 9:00 a.m.
- Early Check-In for All Registrants: TNOYS strongly encourages attendees to take advantage of early check-in! Early check in is available on Tuesday, June 4 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Stop by to sign in and pick up your badge— you’ll be able to skip the line Wednesday morning!
- Additional Check-In Times: If you can’t check in early or are not attending a Pre-Conference Institute, check-in is available Wednesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. – 9 a.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.
